What if?

What if today you found out that you were expecting?
Or that you had only two more days for living?
What if today you found out that you were adopted,
Or that your rights of life had just been lifted?
What if today you found out about all of heaven,
Or your most precious possession had just been taken?
What if today you met your true love,
Or you were able to see your Father above?
Would you laugh, would you cry?
Would you wish that you could die?
Would you smile, would you frown?
Would you turn the world upside-down?
Would you keep silent, or shout out?
Is it something to talk about?
Think about it, dream about it, live it.
Just imagine, what if today... it happened.

Wind

You know, there’s a wind blowing all the time. Sometimes it’s very strong and stinging on a bitterly cold day. Sometimes it drives rain into your face. Sometimes it’s only a gentle, cooling breeze. Sometimes it swirls the leaves around on the ground and sways the trees so magnificently.  There’s a wind blowing all the time. We never really notice it. Then, every so often, there’s that wind which blows and you feel God speaking to your heart saying, “I love you." Listen for that wind.
